- Any shops interested in participating should pick up their Tool Kit at 529 Kids Consignment Shop located at 122 S. Royal Street in Old Town
- Tool Kit includes one mask (to be used to “flag” your customers), one poster, and 15 stamp cards.
- Customers are encouraged to shop and dine, and have their cards punched to win exciting prizes!
Grand prize for the Masquerade:
